Moving to Sweden to be made easier for workers
New rules that will make it easier for people to move to Sweden to work haver been announced by the government. Swedish employers will be able to recruit from outside Europe without first gaining the approval of the authorities.Migration Minister Tobias Billström announced the new rules at a press conference in Stockholm on Tuesday. Under the changes, companies looking for workers will be able to employ people from anywhere in the world if they cannot find somebody suitable in Sweden or the EES (the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Switzerland).

Sweden's Ericsson gets US$2 billion network expansion deal in India
LM Ericsson AB, the world's largest wireless network maker, on Wednesday said it had struck its largest deal to date, with a US$2 billion (€1.5 billion) network expansion contract from Bharti Airtel in India.
